(4) JANET's HEALTH ADVISE :::
I really get alot by getting up early and riding my bike out of the city microwaves and sitting silently for a few minutes. In the evening before sunset I go to a local park where the grass is not sprayed and walk consciously barefoot for twenty minutes( maybe stand with my back against a tree) and then sit again a few minutes. This simple routine is a miracle. I feel staying physically connected to the earth is the best nutrition and medicine for me now . It is affordable that's for sure. Just got to keep a look out for the car drivers.
